Men Jag har insett att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 himla stel och m\u00e5ste bli smidigare. Jag gjorde FYSprofilering p\u00e5 Actic training day i Lund och hade bra p\u00e5 alla tester utom p\u00e5 r\u00f6rlighetstestet. Det var pinsamt!<\/p>\n<p>Jag har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6rjat g\u00e5 p\u00e5 yoga och det \u00e4r verkligen beh\u00f6vligt f\u00f6r mig. Jag k\u00e4nner verkligen att det g\u00f6r ont i vissa positioner f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 sp\u00e4nd i musklerna och stel. S\u00c5 jag rekommenderar alla att f\u00e5 in minst ett yogapass i veckan. \u00a0F\u00f6r att v\u00e5r kroppen ska h\u00e5lla beh\u00f6vs r\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning, stretch &amp; balans i hela kroppen. Dessutom bra f\u00f6r immunf\u00f6rsvar och lungor med djupandning och att komma ner i varv.<\/p>\n<p>Visste ni att r\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning i form av yoga \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga skador!?<\/p>\n<p>Jag har lovat mig sj\u00e4lv att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 minst ett yogapass i veckan!
