Man br\u00e4nner mer n\u00e4r man intensivtr\u00e4nar, vilket&nbsp;\u00e4r bra f\u00f6r mig som inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 duktig p\u00e5 att t\u00e4nka hur mycket jag \u00e4ter.<BR>Har b\u00f6rjat t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 mig mer och se efter vad jag \u00e4ter, inte v\u00e4rsta maniskt men man vill \u00e4nd\u00e5 m\u00e5 och se&nbsp;bra ut, inte bara inf\u00f6r sommaren men man m\u00e5r s\u00e5 himla mycket b\u00e4ttre n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar och \u00e4ter sunt. N\u00e5got som \u00e4r roligt att g\u00f6ra \u00e4r powerwalking, n\u00e4r man g\u00e5r snabbt, det ska k\u00e4nnas i l\u00e5ren och magen. G\u00e5r alltid powerwalk med vovven, han f\u00e5r f\u00f6rst g\u00f6ra sina behov sen drar vi p\u00e5 takten, som han tycker \u00e4r skitkul.
