Det jag g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na upp magen \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra situps varje dag efter mina morgonpromenader p\u00e5 bandet. Mer \u00e4n s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte faktiskt , man tr\u00e4nar ju hela kroppen n\u00e4r man l\u00f6per , sedan s\u00e5 tr\u00e4nas magen en hel del n\u00e4r jag simmar ocks\u00e5. S\u00e5 jag har inte siktat in mig p\u00e5 mag\u00f6vningar s\u00e5 mycket \u00e4nnu. Men jag ska snart s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng med styrketr\u00e4ning och d\u00e5 kommer det bli mer och mer \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r magen ocks\u00e5!
