Brukar iprincip varje kv\u00e4ll springa i 30 minuter, och nu p\u00e5 senaste tid s\u00e5 har jag h\u00f6jt bandets hastighet, s\u00e5 i slut\u00e4ndan brukar jag n\u00e4st intill ha sprungit en halvmil n\u00e4r tiden \u00e4r slut. S\u00e5 himla stolt \u00f6ver mig sj\u00e4lv och m\u00e5r s\u00e5 sjukt bra som kommit ig\u00e5ng med min tr\u00e4ning ordentligt igen. Vissa pass kan verkligen vara pest och pina , men det spelar ingen roll hur tufft det k\u00e4nns , f\u00f6r k\u00e4nslan efter\u00e5t \u00e4r alltid underbar.
