Men jag k\u00e4nner mig faktiskt v\u00e4ldigt pigg m\u00e5ste jag s\u00e4ga! Startar upp morgonen med en diet shake ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vanlig frukost och sedan blir det en frukt till rasten idag innan det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r lunch.
