Consider your afternoon made: Emma Stone is making her Broadway debut as Sally Bowles in Cabaret starting November 11 through February 1, 2015, Entertainment Weekly reports. The news comes on the heels of last week\u2019s rumor that Stone was in talks to take over the role from Michelle Williams, who will end her run at New York City\u2019s Roundabout Theatre November 9.<\/p>\n

Stone has always been linked to the show\u2019s 2013 revival, according to Entertainment Weekly. Her filming schedule prevented her from joining the cast initially. She joins Alan Cumming, who has extended his own run as Emcee until March 29, 2015.<\/p>\n

Cabaret was last performed on Broadway in 1998 and focuses on nightlife in pre-World War II Berlin. Sally Bowles is an English performer at the Kit Kat Klub whose future there becomes less and less certain as war approaches.
