Dvs &#8217;spa musik&#8217; eller sovmusik. Havsljud, valljud mm. Jag har insett att mitt d&aring;liga immunf&ouml;rsvar och andra symptom som jag k&auml;nner av troligtvis kommer fr&aring;n en inre stress som jag m&aring;ste jobba p&aring;. F&ouml;rutom psykologen s&aring;klart. Jag tror att gym och andra former av avslappning kommer hj&auml;lpa.
