{"id":1211,"date":"2009-12-01T19:33:00","date_gmt":"2009-12-01T18:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/casiassecrets\/2009\/12\/01\/min-vikt\/"},"modified":"2009-12-01T19:33:00","modified_gmt":"2009-12-01T18:33:00","slug":"min-vikt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/casiassecrets\/2009\/12\/01\/min-vikt\/","title":{"rendered":"Min Vikt!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><P><STRONG>Jag v\u00e4ger mig n\u00e4stan aldrig<\/STRONG> och de tillf\u00e4llen som en v\u00e5g \u00e5kt fram \u00e4r snabbt uppr\u00e4knade:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; Den obligatoriska v\u00e4gningen hos skolsk\u00f6terskan i gymnasiet <STRONG><FONT color=#cc0000>(ca 58 kilo).<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; V\u00e5gen i aerobiscssalen p\u00e5 Mallorca f\u00f6r mer \u00e4n tio \u00e5r sen<STRONG> <FONT color=#cc6666>(ca 50 kilo, jag dansade flera timmar varje dag s\u00e5 det var inte konstigt).<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; Hemma hos mamma f\u00f6r ca tv\u00e5 \u00e5r sen (<FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG>47 kilo, det minsta jag v\u00e4gt n\u00e5nsin och jag v\u00e4gde mig bara f\u00f6r att alla sa till mig att jag s\u00e5g&#8230;well, inte s\u00e5 snygg ut).<\/STRONG><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; V\u00e4gning hos modellagenturen f\u00f6r lite mer \u00e4n ett \u00e5r sen<FONT color=#cc6666> <STRONG>(ca 50 kilo).<\/STRONG><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Hepp, thats it. <STRONG>Min viktkurva har nog varit ganska j\u00e4mn<\/STRONG> (f\u00f6rutom det ber\u00f6mda puppyfat i ton\u00e5ren) och jag tror att min kropp har hittat sin m\u00e5-bra vikt (50-52 kilo till mina 165 dv\u00e4rgimeter). Eftersom jag aldrig pendlat i vikt tror jag det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r kroppen att h\u00e5lla sig till samma, och <STRONG>det viktigaste f\u00f6r<\/STRONG> <STRONG>min del \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 hur kl\u00e4derna sitter<\/STRONG> &#8211; ryker knappen s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag s\u00e5 det ryker p\u00e5 gymmet, typ. <FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG>Jag tr\u00e4nar och \u00e4ter r\u00e4tt hyfsat,<\/STRONG><\/FONT> helt enkelt.
