Om jag k&auml;nner att jag h&aring;ller p&aring; att parkera p&aring; golvet med skallen f&ouml;re, sl&auml;nger jag p&aring; mig tr&auml;ningskl&auml;derna och drar v&auml;sterut (i rikting mot gymmet, allts&aring;).<strong> Fem minuter and I am there.<\/strong> En till en och en halv timma and I am done!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ecenglish.com\/learnenglish\/\/userfiles\/image\/work-out.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>And now I&#8217;m out of here.
