Detta tills jag en dag <STRONG>vaknade med&nbsp;r\u00f6da, skrikande<\/STRONG> <STRONG>utslag<\/STRONG>&nbsp;p\u00e5 b\u00e4gge armarna och efter att ha st\u00e4llt en egen diagnos f\u00f6rstod jag att de goda n\u00f6ttiderna var f\u00f6rbi (sorgens \u00f6gonblick visar sig p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt).<\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-17_16:00:25_5b248lc.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>Svindyra nuts&#8230;men oh so lovley!<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Hursomhelst &#8211; sj\u00e4lvklart kan jag inte \u00f6verge n\u00e5got som<STRONG> livn\u00e4rde<\/STRONG> mig s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge men d\u00e4remot f\u00e5r jag starkt begr\u00e4nsa intaget.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r n\u00f6tter som vin&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; det \u00e4r skillnad p\u00e5 n\u00f6t och n\u00f6t,s\u00e5 h\u00e4r har ni mina <STRONG>absoluta favoriter<\/STRONG>, n\u00f6tternas Rolls Royce:<BR><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-17_16:03:29_g4kdm6f.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>\u00c4t inte upp oss alla f\u00f6r d\u00e5 j\u00e4vlar, ska du f\u00e5 se p\u00e5 eksem! Hehe..<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Mina <STRONG>egenrostade cashewn\u00f6tter!<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>\u00c4r hur enkelt som helst<\/STRONG> &#8211; k\u00f6p lite naturella cashews i l\u00f6svikt (kan vara andra naturella sorter om ni gillar dessa b\u00e4ttre, jag \u00e4r fast p\u00e5 cashew), sl\u00e4ng upp dem p\u00e5 en ungsform (beh\u00f6ver inte sm\u00f6rjas eller n\u00e5got annat skit) och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 15-20 min (som ska vara p\u00e5 ca 175 grader). Voil\u00e1! Ni sitter p\u00e5 en <STRONG>guldgruva <\/STRONG>&#8211; de godaste (utan en massa salt och tillsatser) rostade n\u00f6tterna ni n\u00e5gonsin kommer att smaka p\u00e5!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-17_16:11:27_y6h5dwv.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Lite bubbel<\/STRONG> eller <STRONG>vitt vin<\/STRONG> till och kv\u00e4llen\/dagen\/valfri tidspunkt \u00e4r r\u00e4ddad!<BR>&nbsp;<\/P><BR><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f6r inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge sen bestod 50% av mitt dagliga matintag av n\u00f6tter (hepp, bloody sjukt).
