{"id":183,"date":"2009-01-17T18:53:00","date_gmt":"2009-01-17T17:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/casiassecrets\/2009\/01\/17\/en-latt-extreme-makeover\/"},"modified":"2009-01-17T18:53:00","modified_gmt":"2009-01-17T17:53:00","slug":"en-latt-extreme-makeover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/casiassecrets\/2009\/01\/17\/en-latt-extreme-makeover\/","title":{"rendered":"En l\u00e4tt extreme-makeover!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><P>Ok, en predikan om <STRONG>tr\u00e4ning och h\u00e4lsa<\/STRONG> \u00e4r kanske inte det f\u00f6rsta man sl\u00e4nger sig \u00f6ver en l\u00f6rdagkv\u00e4ll (\u00e4n mindre ger sig p\u00e5 att skriva en s\u00e5dan..hm..) s\u00e5 jag ska h\u00e5lla mig kort &#8211;<STRONG> s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/STRONG> kommer du i din b\u00e4sta form med ett par enkla regler:<\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-17_18:30:05_9i6rxd2.jpg\"><BR><EM>Get moving!<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P>1 &#8211; <STRONG>R\u00d6R<\/STRONG> p\u00e5 dig &#8211; du har ingen urs\u00e4kt i v\u00e4rlden f\u00f6r att inte f\u00e5 du-vet-vad ur du-vet-vad. Mitt tips \u00e4r att vara p\u00e5 spr\u00e5ng i <STRONG>30 minuter varje dag,<\/STRONG> vilket blir en bra komplettering till din mer svettiga tr\u00e4ning som du k\u00f6r <STRONG>2-5 g\u00e5nger i<\/STRONG> <STRONG>veckan och d\u00e5 i 60 minuter. <\/STRONG>Det kan vara allt ifr\u00e5n konditionstr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 gym (pass eller p\u00e5 egen hand) till tuffa promenader eller n\u00e5got annat som l\u00e4mnar en i en liten svettp\u00f6l (Hepp, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det &#8211; man f\u00e5r jobba lite f\u00f6r att vara snygg och h\u00e4lsosam!).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>2 &#8211; <STRONG>\u00c4T<\/STRONG> normalt. Med det menas typ <STRONG>tre m\u00e5ltider om dagen<\/STRONG> och s\u00e5 n\u00e5got d\u00e4remellan om hungern sliter tag i en.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-17_18:38:45_l9jqxs7.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att \u00e4ta <STRONG>s\u00e5 ren mat som m\u00f6jligt<\/STRONG> (nej, McD:s r\u00e4knas inte hit) och l\u00e4mna s\u00e5ser, r\u00f6ror och allt friterat och stekt till n\u00e5got enstaka tillf\u00e4lle. \u00c4r du sugen p\u00e5 en <STRONG>chokladbit <\/STRONG>&#8211; treat yourself. Fast jag lovar att bara du k\u00e4kar ordentligt s\u00e5 f\u00f6rsvinner s\u00f6tsuget (inte helt, vi snackar inte mirakel h\u00e4r, men det kommer inte att g\u00f6ra sig p\u00e5mint varje dag).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>3 &#8211; <STRONG>Ha n\u00e5n dag i veckan<\/STRONG> d\u00e4r du torterar din kropp extra mycket (dvs tr\u00e4nar lite h\u00e5rdare \u00e4n vanligt). Du utmanar digsj\u00e4lv och resultaten l\u00e4r inte v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 sig &#8211; kroppen tar tr\u00e4ningen (och dina muskler)&nbsp;till en ny niv\u00e5.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Och till sist &#8211; <STRONG>gl\u00f6m inte att det finns mycket annat i livet<\/STRONG> (som blir avsev\u00e4rt l\u00e4ttare och roligare om du \u00e4r i skaplig form).
