Detta f\u00f6ljdes av diverse<STRONG> modelluppdrag<\/STRONG>, bland annat en kampanj f\u00f6r det prestigefyllda (well, i England iallafall) underkl\u00e4desm\u00e4rket <A href=\"http:\/\/www.ultimodirect.com\/\">Ultimo.<\/A><\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-19_15:36:00_tw2gqk8.jpg\"><BR><EM>Mel visar upp sin hyfsade fysik.<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Nu g\u00f6r hon som merpartern av den engelska k\u00e4ndisbunten &#8211; dvs ger ut en <STRONG>egen fitnessdvd<\/STRONG> ( <A href=\"http:\/\/mvremix.com\/rock_blogs\/2009\/01\/08\/mel-b-totally-fit-dvd\/\">Mel B\u00b4s Totally Fit DVD)<\/A> som hon beskriver med orden &#8221;<EM>liknar inte alls Cindy Crawford\u00b4s eller n\u00e5gon annans tr\u00e4ningsprogram &#8211; jag har kul, till skillnad fr\u00e5n dem&#8221;.<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-19_15:46:41_k427b9h.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Hursomhelst r\u00e4cker det ju inte att &#8221;bara&#8221; r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 fl\u00e4sket, s\u00e5 h\u00e4r f\u00e5r ni veta vad <A href=\"http:\/\/www.posh24.se\/mel_b\">Mel<\/A> stoppar i sig <STRONG>under en dag:<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Frulle <\/STRONG>&#8211; F\u00f6rlorade \u00e4gg p\u00e5 toast eller frukostflingor med mj\u00f6lk.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Lunch <\/STRONG>&#8211; Kokt lax eller tonfisk med sallad ELLER \u00e5ngkokta gr\u00f6nsaker.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Middag <\/STRONG>&#8211; En balanserad m\u00e5ltid best\u00e5ende av kyckling, potatismos samt olika sortens gr\u00f6nsaker med lite s\u00e5s till.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Mellanm\u00e5l <\/STRONG>&#8211; Frukt och n\u00f6tter.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><BR><IMG src=\"http:\/\/www.improveme.se\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-19_15:50:13_s6twzhy.jpg\"><BR><EM>En krydda p\u00e5 en Kryddans mattallrik!<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Men tro inte att hon \u00e4r <STRONG>helt perfekt<\/STRONG> &#8211; &#8221;<EM>Jag har celluliter som alla andra men vill jag ha en varmkorv s\u00e5 k\u00e4kar jag en. Det \u00e4r viktigt att lyssna p\u00e5 kroppen.&#8221; <\/EM>s\u00e4ger hon till den engelska skvallerblaskan Closer.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Well, matsedeln ser v\u00e4l hyfsat <STRONG>normal <\/STRONG>ut (OM det nu verkligen \u00e4r det m\u00e4nniskan \u00e4ter, man vet ju aldrig med de d\u00e4r k\u00e4ndisfigurerna) och att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig <STRONG>3-5 g\u00e5nger<\/STRONG> i veckan som Mel g\u00f6r l\u00e5ter <STRONG>inte helt orealistiskt.<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Men &#8211; <STRONG>inga v\u00e4rldsnyheter direkt.<\/STRONG> R\u00f6ra p\u00e5 kroppen \u00e5t lite olika riktningar och \u00e4ta n\u00e4r man \u00e4r hungrig. <STRONG>Piece of cookie<\/STRONG> (en fullkorns-s\u00e5dan, i det h\u00e4r fallet).
