F\u00f6r att reda ut det hela f\u00e5r ni h\u00e4r <STRONG>ett exempel<\/STRONG> p\u00e5 vad en flygv\u00e4rdinna (underskriven vittne) kan stoppa i sig under en arbetsdag (vi s\u00e4ger tur och retur till Malaga):<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src=\"\/Community\/Bloggbilder\/2009-01-21_13:56:48_xr26wnk.gif\"><BR><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Frukost nr 1 &#8211; <\/STRONG>\u00c5tminstonde <STRONG>en kopp kaffe<\/STRONG> som varvas med <STRONG>tuggor av vitt<\/STRONG> <STRONG>br\u00f6d\/n\u00e5gon bulle<\/STRONG> (med p\u00e5l\u00e4gg om man har tur) under tiden som man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker h\u00e5lla uppsikt \u00f6ver p\u00e5stigande passagerarna. Ibland slevas en yogurt in i men det \u00e4r lite \u00f6verkurs.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Frukost nr 2 &#8211; Mera kaffe <\/STRONG>som hj\u00e4lper till att f\u00e5 ner den<STRONG> varma frukosten (\u00e4gg, korv och annat h\u00e4lsosamt)<\/STRONG>&nbsp;, de&nbsp;varma bullarna (<STRONG>sm\u00f6ret<\/STRONG> m\u00e5ste ju sm\u00e4lta eh?) och yoggin.&nbsp;Yummie! <\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Mellanm\u00e5l &#8211;<\/STRONG> En <STRONG>chokladbit <\/STRONG>\u00e4r aldrig f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngt borta. Kaffe \u00e4r obligatoriskt.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Lunch\/Middag &#8211; Varmr\u00e4tten<\/STRONG> simmar s\u00e4kert i sin s\u00e5s\/alternativt flytande medel och naturligtvis tuggas det p\u00e5 en <STRONG>varm bulle. En liten sallad<\/STRONG> f\u00f6r syns skull bidrar till f\u00e4rgkartan.<STRONG>&nbsp;Kaffe?<\/STRONG> You bet!<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Mellanm\u00e5l &#8211; <\/STRONG>Om samvetet b\u00f6rjar gn\u00e4lla tas det en tugga p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon <STRONG>frukt <\/STRONG>(som nu b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 ett misst\u00e4nksamt utseende), annars g\u00e5r \u00e4nnu&nbsp;en <STRONG>bulle\/choklad bit<\/STRONG> ner i mags\u00e4ckens trygga hamn. You bet!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Voil\u00e1 &#8211; nu vet ni hur en <STRONG>riktig flygv\u00e4rdinna<\/STRONG> k\u00e4kar (\u00e4ven om detta sj\u00e4lvklart bara \u00e4r ett exempel p\u00e5 tusentals&nbsp;matvariationer upplevt p\u00e5 10 000 meters h\u00f6jd). <STRONG>Slutsats &#8211; flygv\u00e4rdinnor \u00e4ter.
