Superbra \u00e4ven som <STRONG>mellanm\u00e5l<\/STRONG> eller om s\u00f6tsuget s\u00e4tter in och man vill av n\u00e5n anledning vara nyttig \u00e4nd\u00e5 (karamellversionen \u00e4r riktigt god, enligt moi).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>2 &#8211; <STRONG>ICAs N\u00f6t-och fruktmix<\/STRONG>, den b\u00e4sta outthere! Inget salt eller annat skit, bara <STRONG><FONT color=#990000>naturella n\u00f6tter och supergod torkad frukt<\/FONT><\/STRONG>. Yummie!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>3 &#8211; <STRONG>Smoothies<\/STRONG>&#8230; Lat som jag \u00e4r orkar jag inte<STRONG> f\u00e5 liv i mixern<\/STRONG> som parkerar i k\u00f6ket utan k\u00f6per f\u00e4rdiga.&nbsp;<STRONG>Br\u00e4mhult<\/STRONG> kan man alltid lita p\u00e5!&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>4 &#8211; <STRONG><FONT color=#ff6600>Activas Yoggi Cerealien<\/FONT><\/STRONG>&nbsp;h\u00e5ller magen lugn och smakar supergott. Kan slevas <STRONG>on its own eller med musli<\/STRONG> etc.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>5 &#8211; <STRONG><FONT color=#660000>Viktv\u00e4ktarnas Moussaka<\/FONT><\/STRONG> (f\u00e4rdigr\u00e4tt). Superbra att ha p\u00e5 jobbet (inte l\u00e4tt att laga till n\u00e5t p\u00e5 10 000 meters h\u00f6jd), lagom portion laddad med allt som kroppen beh\u00f6ver.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>6 &#8211; <FONT color=#ff0000><STRONG>Frukt!<\/STRONG><\/FONT> Min sis \u00e4r inne i en bananas-period, <STRONG>sj\u00e4lv \u00e4lskar jag svenska \u00e4pplen!<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>7 &#8211; <STRONG><FONT color=#009900>\u00c4nnu mera n\u00f6tter<\/FONT><\/STRONG>&#8230; Jag brukar g\u00f6ra <STRONG>en egen mix<\/STRONG> och plocka p\u00e5 mig olika slags nuts vid <STRONG>naturgodisavdelningen<\/STRONG> (eller liknande).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Hepp, <STRONG>s\u00e5 ser det ut ungef\u00e4r n\u00e4r jag g\u00e5r och shoppar&#8230;<\/STRONG> Jag lagar s\u00e4llan mat hemma (skyller p\u00e5 en kombination av brist p\u00e5 b\u00e5de tid och lust) utan f\u00f6rlitar mig p\u00e5 <STRONG>sushi och liknande lifesaviours<\/STRONG>. Funkar r\u00e4tt ok f\u00f6r mig i alla fall.
