Tr\u00e4na f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka b\u00e5de kropp och psyke.<\/STRONG> <STRONG>Strunta i siffrorna p\u00e5 v\u00e5gen. <\/STRONG>Ha kul n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar (och i livet i \u00f6vrigt, of course).<\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/50983.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/50983.510x0.jpg\" border=0><\/A><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM>In control. Or not, perhaps?<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=left><STRONG>Ja<A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/50983.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><\/A>g stod p\u00e5 trappmaskinen<\/STRONG> tidigare idag och l\u00e4ste om hur <STRONG>Victoria Beckham<\/STRONG> begr\u00e4nsar sitt matintag och hur strikt hon \u00e4r med vad hon petar i sig. Samtidigt menar hon att det \u00e4r stor skillnad p\u00e5 att <EM>sj\u00e4lv kontrollera maten mot att l\u00e5ta den ta kontrollen&nbsp;ist\u00e4llet. <\/EM>Sorry, men jag tror att den gr\u00e4nsen \u00e4r <STRONG>\u00f6verskriden f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sen<\/STRONG> (vad g\u00e4ller henne och m\u00e5nga andra &#8221;naturligt smala&#8221; kvinnor i La-la-land). <STRONG>Det \u00e4r ett farligt s\u00e4tt att uttrycka sig p\u00e5<\/STRONG>.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Dr Phil<\/STRONG> menar att viktnedg\u00e5ngen sker i sju steg. Jag s\u00e4ger att det r\u00e4cker med tv\u00e5 &#8211; <STRONG>att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig och att stoppa i sig lite mindre (och b\u00e4ttre mat)&nbsp;\u00e4n vad man brukar. Piece of cookie. <\/STRONG>Fast det \u00e4r klart &#8211; det \u00e4r ju alltid det enkla som \u00e4r det sv\u00e5ra h\u00e4r i livet.
