Idag m\u00e5ste jag dock <b>ge mig sj\u00e4lv en klapp p\u00e5 axeln<\/b> (l\u00e4tt s\u00e5dan&#8230;annars ramlar jag nog ihop till en liten h\u00f6g av utmattning) &#8211; trots en tung arbetsperiod, lite s\u00f6mn och <b><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#CC0000\">mens-bloody-mage<\/font><\/b><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#CC0000\"> <\/font>har jag avverkat en timmes kondis p\u00e5 gymmet.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nogg.se\/upload\/27169\/BloggPhoto_27169_221022.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Energi f\u00f6der energi <\/b>(ett litet tag i alla fall). Enkel matematik -\u00e4ven f\u00f6r s\u00e5na matteanalfabeter som mig, hehe. F\u00f6r att undg\u00e5 risken att <b>slicka s\u00f6nder datask\u00e4rmen<\/b> (av hunger) ska jag pallra mig bort till k\u00f6ket och r\u00f6ra ihop lite sen lunch (l\u00e4s sl\u00e4nga in <b><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#FF6699\">en fryst laxfil\u00e9<\/font><\/b> i ugnen och s\u00e4tta kniven i n\u00e5t gr\u00f6nt).
