Now I&#8217;m back home having a green smoothie while working on a food schedule for the upcoming week. BAM!!<\/p>\n<p><em>Me motiv\u00e9 tanto con el desaf\u00edo de los 30 d\u00edas que tuve que convertir esa energ\u00eda en algo productivo asi que tom\u00e9 un paseo rapido de 3 km por la playa. Ahora estoy en casa tomandome un smoothie verde mientras trabajo en un esquema nutritivo para la semana que viene.
