Feels good to still get nice comments about how flexible I (still) am. Haven&#8217;t done any gymnastics or dancing for years but I try to stay as flexible as possible. Now a power smoothie (pineapple, green apple, raspberries and spinach) and some prep for tonights healthy hamburgers!<\/p>\n<p><em>Fu\u00ed un rato al gimnasio y me siento fantastico! 30 min. de cardio y 30 min. de piernas + estiramientos. Me encanta que sigo recibiendo comentarios de gente impresionados con mi flexibilidad. Hace a\u00f1os y a\u00f1os que no hago gimnasia ni bailo pero intento mantener mi flexibilidad igual.
