No sugar, no &#8221;bad&#8221; carbs such as white pasta, bread etc. Loads of vegetables and fruit and obviously don&#8217;t forget the protein. Chicken is great! Don&#8217;t eat a lot 3 times a day, eat a little less but 5-6 times and try to eat at the same hours every day. Two days are No Carb-days, I chose tuesday and thursday. Remember to eat things you really like, this is supposed to be FUN, not a punishment!! Last but not least, you&#8217;re allowed to ONE cheat meal per week. Not one day, one meal!<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Workout<\/strong><br \/>\nI think 4 days of workout per week is ok but you need to give it all at every workout. Don&#8217;t forget to reload your energy after working out. How you choose to work out is up to you, hit the gym, go running, take a long power walk. Skip the elevators, take the stairs! Nada de az\u00facar, nada de carbohidratos &#8221;malos&#8221; como la pasta blanca, pan blanco etc. Much\u00edsima fruta y verduras y evidentemente nobos olvid\u00e9is de la proteina!<\/em><em> Pollo es genial! No comas mucho 3 veces al d\u00eda, es mejor comer un poco menos unos 5-6 veces y intentar comer a las mismas horas todos los d\u00edas. Dos d\u00edas son de 0 carbohidratos, yo eleg\u00ed martes y jueves. Comete cosas que te gustan, no te olvides que esto tiene que ser divertido y NO un castigo!! Y por \u00faltimo tienes derecho de UNA comida tramposa por semana. Una comida, NO un d\u00eda!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2.Ejercicio<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Yo creo que 4 d\u00edas de ejercicio por semana esta bien pero hay que darlo todo cada vez! No te olvides de recargar la energ\u00eda despues. Como eliges a entrenar es cosa tuya. Ves al gimnasio, sal a correr o a caminar rapido.
