Only clean eating except for my one cheat meal (french fries sunday night.. aaahhh!) and that one gin tonic. I went to the gym 3 times + 1 power walk\/running and I&#8217;ve only been drinking water. This week has started out good foodwise but I still haven&#8217;t worked out. Gotta get that part going to asap. In total I&#8217;m happy so far and I&#8217;m hoping to see some results by the end of this week.<\/p>\n<p><em>Una semana de mi desaf\u00edo #30Days hecha y tengo que decir que he sido buena hasta ahora. Solo comida &#8221;limpia&#8221; excepto por mi unica comida trampa (patatas fritas domingo por la noche&#8230;aaaaahh!) y ese gin tonic. Fui al gym 3 veces mas una session de power walk\/correr y solamente he tomado agua. Esta semana ha empezado bien, por lo menos con la comida, pero todav\u00eda no he hecho nada de ejercisios.
