Anledningen \u00e4r att jag l\u00e4gger tid p\u00e5 dom som \u00e4r med i programmet och och jag \u00e4ven hj\u00e4lpt andra personer att hj\u00e4lpa folk p\u00e5 precis samma s\u00e4tt som jag gjort. Det g\u00f6r att jag inte har direktkontakt med personerna ifr\u00e5ga. Jag kommer givetvis l\u00e4gga upp de resultat jag f\u00e5r in under tiden \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Men jag t\u00e4nkte \u00e4ndra lite fokus och inte endast l\u00e4gga upp resultat p\u00e5 folk som g\u00e5r ner i vikt. S\u00e5 h\u00e4danefter f\u00e5r ni \u00e4ven f\u00f6lja mig och min tr\u00e4ning \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Min plan \u00e4r att t\u00e4vla i antingen body- eller athletic fitness om inom tre \u00e5r. Egentligen bara f\u00f6r att ha ett m\u00e5l med min tr\u00e4ning d\u00e5 jag \u00e4r en extrem t\u00e4vlingsm\u00e4nniska!<\/p>\n<p>Ni \u00e4r det krig mot att f\u00e5 upp muskelmassan.
