Jag tycker om att g\u00e5 dit, g\u00f6ra det ska jag i max 40 min och sen g\u00e5 hem. Studier har nu visat att om man tr\u00e4nar en stor och en liten muskelgrupp p\u00e5 samma pass s\u00e5 kan den &#8221;lilla&#8221; muskeln dra f\u00f6rdel av det \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ig\u00e5r k\u00f6rde jag d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ben och axlar. Jag gillar uppl\u00e4gget s\u00e5 jag kommer definitivt forts\u00e4tta.
