Blir helt m\u00f6r efter jobbet eftersom jag blev van att vara helt iq-befriad ett par veckor\u00a0 \ud83d\ude1b <\/p>\n<p>Tog inte med mig n\u00e5got kosttillskott och nu efter en vecka hemma n\u00e4r jag druckit mina tillskott s\u00e5 har jag g\u00e5tt ner 2,4 kg!! Wiho s\u00e4ger jag bara! Jag ligger en hel del kg \u00f6ver s\u00e5 f\u00e5r se hur mycket som ska rinna bort. Allt handlar om spegelbilden. \u00c4r man n\u00f6jd d\u00e4r s\u00e5 strunta i v\u00e5gen \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>I helgen ska jag boosta mig p\u00e5 motivation s\u00e5 det r\u00e4cker l\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5ng tid fram\u00f6ver. F\u00e5r skriva ner mina trix om dom funkar p\u00e5 mig. S\u00e5h\u00e4r avslutade jag \u00e5ret.
