Alla muskelgrupper \u00e4r aktiverade och jag k\u00e4nner mig som en belgian blue p\u00e5 E. Mitt problem har hela tiden varit att jag tar f\u00f6r l\u00e4tta vikter. Jag m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 kontakt med muskeln, det \u00e4r mitt enda m\u00e5l med en \u00f6vning. Nu n\u00e4r min s\u00f6ta Hanna har skrikit p\u00e5 mig n\u00e4r jag tar f\u00f6r l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara att sk\u00e4mmas och \u00f6ka. Nu \u00f6kar jag i ALLT jag g\u00f6r, och detta \u00e4r bara b\u00f6rjan. Efter\u00e5t f\u00e5r jag ett rus som jag inte k\u00e4nt sen gymnastiktiden d\u00e5 jag k\u00f6ttade tills jag spydde (bokstavligt talat). S\u00e5h\u00e4r bra ska jag forts\u00e4tta m\u00e5, det \u00e4r s\u00e5 motiverande! Att inte kunna kl\u00e4 av sig, borsta h\u00e5ret eller t\u00e4nderna f\u00f6r att man k\u00f6rt slut p\u00e5 \u00f6verkroppen sig \u00e4r en otroligt h\u00e4rlig k\u00e4nsla. \u00a0S\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag inte av l\u00e4tta vikter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret gjorde jag en liten satsning p\u00e5 athletic fitness innan jag fick reda p\u00e5 att jag f\u00e5tt jobb och skulle flytta. D\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag mycket chins och dips och gillade det verkligen. Har dock inte k\u00f6rt det sen i v\u00e5ras s\u00e5 nu \u00e4r det dags igen. Jag provade chins f\u00f6r 1,5 vecka sen. D\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag knappt en. Ig\u00e5r provade jag igen och k\u00f6rde 6 st! Dipsen provade jag att maxa idag och k\u00f6rde 20 st! Dock \u00e4r jag f\u00f6r fram\u00e5tlutad men jag struntar i det.
