Jag k\u00e4nde av min d\u00e5liga axel v\u00e4ldigt v\u00e4l och fick minska i vikt s\u00e5 jag kunde utf\u00f6ra \u00f6vningarna tekniskt korrekt. Det som var lustigt n\u00e4r jag k\u00f6rde b\u00e4nkpress var att n\u00e4r det blev riktigt tungt s\u00e5 fick jag skratt attacker?! Riktigt drygt och jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte varf\u00f6r. Det h\u00e4nder aldrig annars. Jag brukar i vanliga fall gny och st\u00e5nka som ett djur med\u00a0groteska grimaser. Tur att man hade passning!<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6rde 30 kg i b\u00e4nken 12*3 och det gick j\u00e4ttebra med axeln. Ska ta 50 kg innan mars \u00e4r slut. Bara jag h\u00e5ller mig skadefri ska det inte vara n\u00e5gra problem \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r en bild p\u00e5 lilla magen som ocks\u00e5 ska f\u00e5 fokus nu i v\u00e5r.
