Hade en fantastisk helg och var riktigt laddad inf\u00f6r br\u00f6stpasset idag. Jag har aldrig k\u00f6rt br\u00f6st p\u00e5 gymmet innan f\u00f6rra veckan s\u00e5 nu ska jag bygga upp framsidan ocks\u00e5. Har insett att man inte bara kan k\u00f6ra vissa kroppsdelar som man sj\u00e4lv tycker \u00e4r kul om man ska f\u00e5 balans i kroppen. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra veckan k\u00f6rde jag 30 kg i b\u00e4nkpress och nu \u00f6kade jag till 40 kg. M\u00e5let \u00e4r 50 kg i slutet p\u00e5 mars \ud83d\ude42 Trist att jag str\u00e4ckte nacken och har nu typ nacksp\u00e4rr.. Hoppas det sl\u00e4pper snart!!<\/p>\n<p>I torsdags k\u00f6rde jag tungt benpass igen. Passet innan k\u00f6rde jag benb\u00f6j p\u00e5 60 kg. I torsdags k\u00f6rde jag en 8a p\u00e5 80. M\u00e5let d\u00e4r \u00e4r 100 kg i slutet av mars. <\/p>\n<p>Ska klara alla m\u00e5l jag s\u00e4tter upp. Det \u00e4r ingen om\u00f6jlighet s\u00e5l\u00e4nge jag h\u00e5ller mig frisk och hel.<br \/>\nH\u00e4r \u00e4r bild fr\u00e5n benpasset.
