V\u00e5gen spelar ingen roll egentligen, f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det spegeln som r\u00e4knas. Men alltid bra att ha koll s\u00e5 man inte tappar f\u00f6r mycket eller helt pl\u00f6tsligt b\u00f6rjar g\u00e5 upp i vikt.<\/p>\n<p>Denna vecka har jag g\u00e5tt ner 1,5 kg! Totalt 4 kg p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 veckor som jag hoppade p\u00e5 mitt kostschema som de andra personerna jag har skrivit om har.
