Har haft ont i s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga \u00e5r och nu har det varit v\u00e4rre \u00e4n normalt. Pontus kom fram till att det var mina ligament som var sl\u00f6a och utslitna och att det bidrar till ett litet &#8221;glapp&#8221; i axeln. Detta leder i sin tur att min br\u00f6stmuskel och en muskel i skulderbladet k\u00f6r dragkamp med varandra = Knutar och sm\u00e4rta.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har jag f\u00e5tt ny motivation och k\u00e4nner att jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 hugget.
