Det var hela 15 veckor sen jag k\u00f6rde ben sist!! Tiden bara springer iv\u00e4g oavsett om man tr\u00e4nar eller inte. Men ig\u00e5r k\u00f6rde jag axlar och tuttar vilket k\u00e4ndes superbra! K\u00f6rde vissa \u00f6vningar med 2 kg hantlar. Jag g\u00f6r det som kr\u00e4vs oavsett hur tunga vikterna \u00e4r. Bara jag blir hel.<\/p>\n<p>Idag ska jag k\u00f6ra rygg. Massvis med rygg \ud83d\ude42 Jag ska ro s\u00e5 jag blir stor!! Sen efter\u00e5t ska jag stretcha ut mina stackars ben.
