Hon har alltid tr\u00e4nat mycket och \u00e4r h\u00e4lsosam av sig. Men ibland beh\u00f6ver man lite extra hj\u00e4lp p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen. Det syns verkligen! F\u00f6r er som tycker att det g\u00e5r l\u00e5ngsamt med viktminskning och vill snabba p\u00e5 f\u00f6rvandlingen, t\u00e4nk igen. G\u00e5r ni ner snabbt kommer ni med st\u00f6rsta sannolikhet att g\u00e5 upp snabbt igen. G\u00e5r ni ner l\u00e5ngsamt hinner kroppen med era f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och kommer inte \u00f6ka drastiskt s\u00e5 fort ni \u00e4ter lite s\u00e4mre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ni som l\u00e4ser och g\u00e5r p\u00e5 programmet<\/strong>\u00a0f\u00e5r j\u00e4tteg\u00e4rna skicka era resultat till mig, hinner inte riktigt f\u00f6lja upp alla men jag \u00e4r glad s\u00e5l\u00e4nge ni \u00e4r glada \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Ha en j\u00e4ttebra midsommar!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/cefitness\/files\/2013\/06\/IMG_1833.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej ni fina!
