Har haft problem sedan 16-\u00e5rs \u00e5ldern till och fr\u00e5n. Har bes\u00f6kt en naprapat tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger och f\u00e5tt akupunktur, triggerpunktsmassage samt klassisk idrottsmassage. Ig\u00e5r var jag p\u00e5 ren massagebehandling och jag k\u00e4nner verkligen hur jag blir b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r varje g\u00e5ng. Det \u00e4r inte sk\u00f6nt, inte n\u00e5gonstans. Men det m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras. Ska forts\u00e4tta sen \u00e4ven n\u00e4r jag inte har ont just f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga att det kommer tillbaka.<\/p>\n<p>Ni ser p\u00e5 bilden att min h\u00f6gra axel \u00e4r skev. Jag f\u00e5r inte ut armb\u00e5gen som p\u00e5 v\u00e4nstersidan och hela axeln \u00e4r mindre. K\u00f6r exakt samma vikter p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna s\u00e5 jag inte blir mer sned. NAprapaten sa att jag inte ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got som g\u00f6r ont \u00f6ver huvud taget, inte ens posering. S\u00e5 det blir inget med det, inget korrekt iaf \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p>Bjussar p\u00e5 en mysbild fr\u00e5n midsommar.
