Hade tv\u00e5 m\u00f6hippeg\u00e4ng som skakade loss och vi alla svettades som om vi skulle k\u00f6rt spinning i en bastu, s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Det ledde till att jag nu har brutal tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i hela kroppen. Till och med p\u00e5 ovansidan av f\u00f6tterna! Ig\u00e5r blev det d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en vilodag. F\u00e5r se vad det blir idag p\u00e5 gymmet. Rehab axlar och mage lutar det \u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>Blir inte klok p\u00e5 vilka muskelgrupper man ska k\u00f6ra ihop osv. Jag har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt l\u00e4sa mig till det men det finns inget r\u00e4tt och fel och det f\u00f6r mig f\u00f6rvirrad. F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det viktigt att ha ett schema skrivet med n\u00e4r jag ska k\u00f6ra vad, annars k\u00f6r jag bara det jag tycker \u00e4r kul.. \ud83d\ude1b Jag f\u00e5r helt enkelt prova mig fram vad som passar.<\/p>\n<p>Lite bilder fr\u00e5n veckan som g\u00e5tt. Har lite id\u00e9torka nu n\u00e4r jag inte f\u00e5r k\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra drag eller press\u00f6vningar \u00f6ver axelled.. N\u00e5got tips?
