K\u00f6rde alla \u00f6vningar p\u00e5 0-3 kg. Framsidan och baksidan \u00e4r starka men alla delta\u00f6vningar \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt. Mellan \u00f6vningarna k\u00f6rde jag samma r\u00f6relse men utan vikt. Fick bra pump \u00e4nd\u00e5! Satte in hela min tankekraft och sj\u00e4l i axlarna s\u00e5 de fick full fokus. Det resulterade genast i b\u00e4ttre kontakt och oavsett vilka vikter eller ej s\u00e5 kom mj\u00f6lksyran, och idag tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Avslutade med lite triceps och mage mest f\u00f6r att aktivera musklerna.<\/p>\n<p>Idag \u00e4r det rumpa p\u00e5 schemat. Om jag har tillr\u00e4ckligt med energi ska jag k\u00f6ra hela baksida benen, men f\u00f6rst fokus p\u00e5 att bygga r\u00f6v \ud83d\ude42 S\u00e5 fort jag k\u00f6r en framsidal\u00e5r \u00f6vning s\u00e5 dominerar den direkt och det enda jag k\u00e4nner dagen efter \u00e4r framsida l\u00e5r.. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r jag valt att separera benen p\u00e5 framsida och baksida s\u00e5 att varje del f\u00e5r full fokus. Ska bli s\u00e5 himla kul att \u00e5ka till Sundsvall i helgen och kolla p\u00e5 Tammerpokalen!
