Vi k\u00f6rde ben och det k\u00e4nns.. Ser fram emot n\u00e4sta pass som blir axlar och triceps \ud83d\ude42 Det finns inget som hindrar mig fr\u00e5n att komma i min livs b\u00e4sta form n\u00e4sta sommar.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4llde mig mig p\u00e5 v\u00e5gen ig\u00e5r och ins\u00e5g att jag har g\u00e5tt upp <strong>exakt 10 kg(!!!!)\u00a0<\/strong>p\u00e5 ett \u00e5r. N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade g\u00e5 ner i vikt s\u00e5 kom jag som l\u00e4gst ner p\u00e5 exakt 53 kg. D\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag att det var dags att v\u00e4nda och b\u00f6rja bygga lite muskler n\u00e4r mycket av fettet var borta. Och vilket resultat det har givit p\u00e5 s\u00e5 lite om 1 \u00e5rs tid!!<\/p>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade bara \u00e4ta mer i takt med att jag tr\u00e4nade mer. Det enda som \u00e4r nackdelen med viktuppg\u00e5ngen \u00e4r att jag har spenderat tusentals kronor p\u00e5 skjortor och kostymer som jag inte l\u00e4ngre kommer i.
