Hinder med allt fr\u00e5n att krypa under taggtr\u00e5d, armg\u00e5ng, fightas mot gladiatorer och simma i isbad och lerbad och det var riktigt kul!<\/p>\n<p>Min f\u00f6rberedelse var tv\u00e5 l\u00f6ppass p\u00e5 en m\u00e5nad, vardera p\u00e5 3 km. Till frukost \u00e5t jag kanelbullar. Resten var vilja rakt igenom, det var endast det jag tog mig runt p\u00e5. P\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen kunde jag inte r\u00f6ra mig f\u00f6r jag hade ont i varenda led. Dagen efter var lederna b\u00e4ttre men d\u00e5 kickade tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken in.. K\u00e4nner inte att jag vill g\u00f6ra det igen, men man ska aldrig s\u00e4ga aldrig \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ikv\u00e4ll \u00e4r jag superladdad f\u00f6r mitt andra PT pass med Ullis.
