Axlar och triceps stod p\u00e5 schemat. Fick tips p\u00e5 nya axel\u00f6vningar som jag kunde g\u00f6ra trots min onda axel, vilket k\u00e4nns fantastiskt! Har legat l\u00e5gt med tr\u00e4ningen den senaste veckan pga av omst\u00e4ndigheter jag inte r\u00e5r f\u00f6r, samt att jag ville spara mig till Tough Viking. Men nu \u00e4r jag tillbaka i gemet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Bokade precis en biljett till SM i bodyfitness. Ska dit med Hanna och Bj\u00f6rn f\u00f6r att samla p\u00e5 mig inspiration och motivation. L\u00e4ngtar! Sj\u00e4lv ska jag vara med i en nyb\u00f6rjart\u00e4vling, men trots det s\u00e5 ska jag satsa som om det vore inf\u00f6r ett SM. F\u00e5r se n\u00e4r jag har tagit mig igenom tuff tr\u00e4ning, diet och allt som h\u00f6r d\u00e4rtill om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag vill satsa p\u00e5.
