Ig\u00e5r k\u00f6rde jag och Charlotte ett superbra benpass p\u00e5 Sats Sp\u00e5rvagnshallarna. F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag provade n\u00e5got annat \u00e4n det vid Odenplan, och det var ett riktigt bra gym \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde f\u00f6ljande \u00f6vningar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Benb\u00f6j &#8211; ass to grass<\/li>\n<li>Enbensbenb\u00f6j i smith<\/li>\n<li>Benpress<\/li>\n<li>Legcurl<\/li>\n<li>Benspark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer f\u00f6rsta rumpbilden. Har aldrig lagt upp n\u00e5got s\u00e5nt f\u00f6rut f\u00f6r givetvis vill man framh\u00e4va sina b\u00e4st utvecklade muskelgrupper.. Och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r inte en av \u00a0dem.
