Det handlar bara om att bryta m\u00f6nster. Min comfortzone blir st\u00f6rre. Obehagligt till en b\u00f6rjan men bara att h\u00e5lla i!<\/p>\n<p>Levde i ett oerh\u00f6rt starkt lyckorus ig\u00e5r eftermiddag. Det resulterade i ett dunderpass med min coach Ullis p\u00e5 Delta \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Mitt lyckorus f\u00f6rsvann dock inatt n\u00e4r jag vaknar med s\u00e5dan kramp i nacken att det \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt att somna om. Hela dagen har jag haft n\u00e5gon form av nacksp\u00e4rr, kramp i underarmarna och brutal tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i ryggen. Kroppen jobbar s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt att jag f\u00e5r feberk\u00e4nningar.
