V\u00e4ger nu 60 kg j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 63 kg f\u00f6r ca en m\u00e5nad sedan. Jag \u00e4ter och \u00e4ter s\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r helt enkelt \u00e4ta mer, jag ska upp i vikt, inte ner!<\/p>\n<p>Har k\u00f6rt p\u00e5 bra nu den senaste veckan och jag b\u00f6rjar komma in i rutiner. Att vara utanf\u00f6r min comfortzone \u00e4r inte l\u00e4ngre speciellt jobbigt. Har kommit fram till en hel del insikter som jag kommer att ha nytta av privat lika som i jobbet. Ska forts\u00e4tta pressa mig sj\u00e4lv fram\u00e5t, det ger resultat, p\u00e5 alla plan \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ang\u00e5ende min tr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 l\u00e4gger jag i en v\u00e4xel nu under uppbyggnadsperioden. Har inte riktigt f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt att jag h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med en t\u00e4vlingssatsning men det g\u00f6r jag, i allra h\u00f6gsta grad. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kl\u00e4mmer jag in tv\u00e5 benpass + tv\u00e5 axelpass + ett\/tv\u00e5 ryggpass i veckan minst f\u00f6r att bygga upp mina svagheter. D\u00e5 menar jag inte rena pass med en muskelgrupp utan sj\u00e4lvklart kombinerar jag. Men rumpan ska v\u00e4xa och likas\u00e5 axlar och rygg.
