Nu \u00e4r det fokus p\u00e5 armar, ben och mage. Ryggen \u00e4r bra s\u00e5 den ska jag inte bredda mer. K\u00f6r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ett ryggpass i veckan f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla den ig\u00e5ng. Axlarna \u00e4r n\u00e4stan ok men det kan aldrig bli f\u00f6r mycket axlar \ud83d\ude09 K\u00f6r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r biceps + axlar och sedan triceps + axlar. Totalt blir det tv\u00e5 benpass, tv\u00e5 axelpass, en omg\u00e5ng armar och ett ryggpass.<\/p>\n<p>Superglad \u00f6ver att jag har hittat lite tr\u00e4ningss\u00e4llskap s\u00e5 man pushar sig till det yttersta. Det blir genast mycket roligare och enklare att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra fler \u00f6vningar och ta i lite till n\u00e4r man har n\u00e5gon som peppar. \u00c4r i vanliga fall en ensamvarg n\u00e4r det kommer till tr\u00e4ning, men ska helt klart forts\u00e4tta att tr\u00e4na ihop med andra, det \u00e4r ju superkul n\u00e4r man hittar r\u00e4tt partner!<\/p>\n<p>Har \u00e4ven inhandlat tyg till min bikini.. F\u00e4rg f\u00e5r ni se n\u00e4r den \u00e4r uppsydd och klar. Ska best\u00e4lla hem ca 1000 Swarovski stenar att kl\u00e4 den med. F\u00e5r se vad det blir f\u00f6r f\u00e4rger och m\u00f6nster.
