Personligen tycker jag att GI \u00e4r den sundare varianten. Dock har jag en stor k\u00e4rlek till kolhydrater (pasta, sushi, gr\u00f6t, fullkornsbr\u00f6d m.m) som g\u00f6r att den typen av kosth\u00e5llning inte passar mig riktigt. Det \u00e4r inte kul att bli uppsvullen s\u00e5 fort man \u00e4ter en pastar\u00e4tt bara f\u00f6r att kroppen inte \u00e4r van.. Men annars tycker jag att GI \u00e4r bra \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Sedan jag b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 min matplan \u00e4ter jag kolhydrater varje morgon (minst) vilket \u00e4r helt underbart! Kroppen beh\u00f6ver kolhydrater, hj\u00e4rnan beh\u00f6ver det och musklerna beh\u00f6ver det. Sen finns det ju olika typer av kollisar. Det \u00e4r en helt annan diskussion d\u00e4r det finns m\u00e5nga delade \u00e5sikter. Men jag k\u00f6r p\u00e5 allt som \u00e4r fullkorn och g\u00e4rna lite dinkel eller andra godsaker i.
