Jag m\u00e5r toppen och allt g\u00e5r som det ska. Energin b\u00f6rjar sina lite men jag tar sm\u00e5 powernaps p\u00e5 jobbet och ser till att f\u00e5 minst 6,5 h s\u00f6mn varje natt. De senaste styrkepassen har jag kunnat k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 riktigt tungt vilket k\u00e4nns fantastiskt!<\/p>\n<p>Kosten ser exakt likadan ut som den har gjort de senaste 100 dagarna s\u00e5 inget nytt p\u00e5 den fronten (utom att jag <strong>bara<\/strong> k\u00e4kar torsk som proteink\u00e4lla till lunch och middag).<\/p>\n<p>Den st\u00f6rsta utmaningen har dock inte b\u00f6rjat \u00e4n, det \u00e4r att jag ska till New York \u00f6ver p\u00e5sken&#8230;. Haha, det blir sp\u00e4nnande. Men vi kommer bo i l\u00e4genhet vilket m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r f\u00f6r mig att kunna laga mat varje dag och ha med mig under dagen \ud83d\ude42 F\u00e5r shoppa allt en storlek st\u00f6rre s\u00e5 jag kan ha det n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r tillbaka i &#8221;normal&#8221; form igen \ud83d\ude09 Men ser fram emot en liten get-away med pappa!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r f\u00f6ljer lite av de senaste formpicsen, finns som vanligt p\u00e5 instagram.
