Har haft <strong>EN<\/strong> \u00e4tardag p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 100 dagar, s\u00e5 gissa om jag \u00e4r sugen p\u00e5 att \u00e5terg\u00e5 till det normala?<\/p>\n<p>Var i New York \u00f6ver p\u00e5skhelgen och det var en riktigt bra getaway! Huvudet fick vila fr\u00e5n jobb vilket g\u00f6r att jag nu har mycket mer energi \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 diet d\u00e4rborta var en utmaning. S\u00e5 mycket frestelser som lockade i varje h\u00f6rn MEN JAG KLARADE DET! Tog inte en tugga utanf\u00f6r dietens ramar och det visade sig n\u00e4r jag kom hem f\u00f6r formkoll: <strong>8,89% i fett !!!!<\/strong> \ud83d\ude00 \ud83d\ude00 \ud83d\ude00 \u00a0 F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag g\u00e5tt ner i vikt i usa&#8230; S\u00e5 h\u00e4r f\u00f6ljer lite formpics mm.
