Det har g\u00e5tt \u00f6ver tre veckor utan tr\u00e4ning och jag k\u00e4nner att jag beh\u00f6ver mina endorfinkickar!<br \/>\nM\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gar om jag tr\u00e4nar varje dag och att det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r &#8221;jag \u00e4r i form&#8221;. Den bubblan kan jag sl\u00e5 h\u00e5l p\u00e5 nu. Jag har tr\u00e4nat otroligt mycket tidigare \u00e5r med gymnastik och f\u00e5tt en grym grundstyrka som fortfarande sitter kvar. Nu f\u00f6r tiden \u00e4r jag glad om jag kommer till gymmet tre ggr i veckan, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r mitt f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5l! <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att komma bort fr\u00e5n storstaden d\u00e4r allt annat \u00e4n tr\u00e4ning lockar s\u00e5 \u00e5ker jag med en k\u00e4r v\u00e4n till V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.
