Jag och Daniel k\u00f6rde axlar, triceps och lite mage ig\u00e5r, gissa om jag har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk?! Han gick \u00e4ven igenom min trasiga axel som har gjort s\u00e5 ont i s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga \u00e5r, det blev en m\u00e4rkbar skillnad efter diverse stretching\u00f6vningar och jag \u00e4r numera inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ra axlar. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan har jag f\u00e5tt en genomg\u00e5ng av alla muskelknutar jag har. H\u00f6ften, rumpan, axlarna, skulderbladen nacken&#8230; \u00d6verallt! Ska boka en massage till veckan s\u00e5 jag kan lossna lite. Tack f\u00f6r all hj\u00e4lp! <\/p>\n<p>Se till att oavsett om ni tr\u00e4nar mycket eller lite att ni iallafall vet vad ni g\u00f6r p\u00e5 gymmet.
