The Curse of Beauty

Midsummer Fun

Now, what can I say?

The worst part about moving to a new town and not knowing anyone is that everything gets lonely!

So Friday and Saturday night I spent alone, at times watching, from my balcony, people in the house  next to mine partying, as I was ”strolling around” in my apartment, getting it a bit more ready by the… well, hour.

The days I spent out in the sun. Ah, the lovely sun! The good thing about living over a pizzeria is that there’s never a lack of people to talk to. Although, I believe myself to be at a risk of becoming banned from there, for talking to much to the staff and stealing their time ^.^

Anyway, last night (yes, Saturday) a guy from the party at the house next to mine came up to my apartment – just as I was going to bed – and asked if I couldn’t join. I was tired, so I didn’t. And, I know, the blame is on me only.

Today, there were people outside of the house again. People my age. In THIS town. So I walked over and I actually had a great couple of hours with them. Really nice people, actually. Hopefully, there’ll be more parties going on, so I can tag along.

In conclusion: A weekend of both sun, rest and joy – what more could a girl ask for?
