K&ouml;rde 50min cardio, crosstrainer, l&ouml;pning och spinning. Sista 5 k&auml;ndes det som som jag skulle tappa andan, pulsen var p&aring; 194 d&aring;. Vet inte hur man r&auml;knar ut just min maxpuls. Du kanske vet Simon?? &Auml;r det bara &aring;lder man ska utg&aring; d&aring; ifr&aring;n eller hur &auml;r det?
