Har sovit till och fr&aring;n inatt d&aring; Micke har vridit sig och v&auml;nt sig hela natten. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Matchen ig&aring;r slutade 0-4 till Friska viljor. Men det var v&auml;l inte s&aring; otippat d&aring; de ligger en div h&ouml;gre. Micke spelade ungef&auml;r 75 min tills foten vred sig. S&aring; nu skjutsar jag han till och fr&aring;n jobbet, ser till att han f&aring;r mackor n&auml;r han b&ouml;rjar bli hungrig p&aring; kv&auml;llskvisten och h&auml;mtar saker &aring;t han stup i kvarten. Ja man blir ju ganska handikappad n&auml;r man g&aring;r p&aring; kryckor! Stackaren! Men sen kom jag p&aring;, undra vem som lider mest&#8230; jag eller han??<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Idag var det rygg som var i fokus p&aring; gymmet. Armar och axlar kommer &auml;ven med d&auml;r d&aring; ocks&aring;. Jag k&auml;nde mig s&aring; klen och till slut kn&auml;ckte det till i ryggen d&auml;r jag brukar ha ont s&aring; v&aring;gade n&auml;stan inte ta i n&aring;nting d&auml;refter&#8230; Sen efter mitt d&aring;liga styrkepass hann jag kompromissa lite med cardio 40 min.
