Och sj&auml;lvklart blev jag hungrig p&aring; v&auml;gen! S&aring; jag testade att g&ouml;ra proteinpl&auml;ttar som Fia hade gjort. Och dom f&aring;r helt klart mer &auml;n godk&auml;nd! R&ouml;r noga och putta i ca. 2-3 msk fiberex\/fiberhusk. Smaks&auml;tt med en nypa salt. Sm&auml;lt ca 2 msk sm&ouml;r och r&ouml;r ner i smeten, stek p&aring; h&ouml;g v&auml;rme i en liten stekpanna eller pl&auml;ttlagg. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><em style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Servera sedan med vispgr&auml;dde eller f&auml;rska jordgubbar.
