Vilket jag tror jag alltid g&ouml;r varje kv&auml;ll innan jag g&aring;r och l&auml;gger mig. Idag tjurade jag mig fr&aring;n s&auml;ngen och stack ut p&aring; en 5 km runda. Men under de f&ouml;rsta kilometern k&auml;ndes det som om benen skulle vika sig. Jag var p&aring; v&auml;g att ge upp d&aring; och flera g&aring;nger under rutten.
